Product Delivery, Returns and Refunds
Normally, qualifying products are delivered via media mail and all other via first class by USPS. For an additional charge, we can expedite delivery, by Priority Mail via USPS or UPS Ground, which normally arrives in two to five days (you must contact us by phone). We do not accept returns or give refunds of any products sold, downloaded, viewed, listen to and or printed from any HHLM websites. However if a material product purchased from our store arrives to you damaged or parts-pieces missing we will replace the damaged and or missing parts-pieces (we may ask for a picture of the damaged shipping materials and or the damaged HHLM product/s to help us in submitting a claim).
Once purchased product/s is shipped delivery is out of our control. Please contact the shipping provider direct for inquiries about delivery delays or non-delivery.
